These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Smoky Mountain BMW CCA website. By accessing or using the site, or by creating a member account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

About the chapter

The Smoky Mountain Chapter is a volunteer-run local chapter of the BMW Car Club of America (BMW CCA). Some features of this site — including member profiles and member-only content — require an approved chapter member account and, where applicable, current BMW CCA membership.

Member accounts

• You agree to provide accurate, current information when you register or complete your profile, including a valid BMW CCA membership number where required.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
• New accounts are reviewed by the chapter board. We may approve, decline, suspend, or remove accounts at our discretion, including where membership cannot be verified.

Acceptable use

When using the site, you agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, other accounts, or our systems;
• scrape, harvest, or misuse other members’ information; or
• interfere with or disrupt the operation of the site.

Content and conduct

If you submit content (such as a board biography, photo, or message), you confirm that you have the right to share it and you grant the chapter permission to display it in connection with the site. Please keep interactions respectful; we may remove content or accounts that are unlawful, abusive, or inappropriate.

"BMW" and related names, marks, and logos are trademarks of Bayerische Motoren Werke AG (BMW AG). The Smoky Mountain Chapter is an independent chapter of the BMW Car Club of America and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by BMW AG. All other content on this site is owned by the chapter or its contributors and may not be reused without permission.

Events and activities

Chapter drives, track days, and other activities are undertaken voluntarily and at your own risk. You are responsible for operating your vehicle safely and lawfully and for complying with any additional rules or waivers for a given event.
