It's time to make your plans to join one of our most popular

drive-outs of the year: Tapoco Lodge and the Cherohala Skyway!

Join us on some of the best roads in the Smoky Mountains!  As in

the past, we will meet in the morning and begin by driving the

scenic Cherohala Skyway ending at the historic Tapoco Lodge for

lunch.  After lunch, an afternoon drive will be planned exploring more of the

great roads in the area.  The lodge is only 5 minutes away from the famous Tail of the Dragon if you're feeling adventurous!

Members are welcome to drive with us and return home in the afternoon, but to get the full experience, make plans to stay overnight with the group at the Tapoco Lodge.  There will be drinks on the patio and dinner at the Tapoco Tavern.

Participants who will be staying overnight will follow the online Tapoco Lodge reservation instructions below, to reserve one of the 27 rooms/cabins set aside for us. You will be asked for a credit card to make a $100 deposit, with the balance due upon check-in. Our room block will be held until June 2, 2021.

Lunch will be at the historic Tapoco Lodge, and we have room block for those wishing to stay overnight.

Our route will include the beautiful Cherohala Skyway and returning via the Tail of the Dragon is an option!

HOW TO REGISTER:

1) Visit www.tapoco.com

2) Click on "Reservations"

3) Enter in your arrival and departure date and the number of adults and children staying in the room

4) Enter in the access code: SM073121

5) Review and select your preferred room

6) Note the $100 deposit and the 30 day cancellation policy

7) Complete the remaining reservation steps
