2021 Annual Meeting
The Smoky Mtn. BMW Chapter annual meeting and dinner will be held
on Saturday, January 16, 2020 at the Avalon Golf and Country Club.

Menu: *Our dinner will be plated rather than a buffet

The dinner cost is $25. The club is subsidizing the cost of the dinner again this year!
Every one in attendance will receive a raffle ticket. You may purchase additional tickets for a $5 donation. If your number is called, you will have the choice of any of the items on the donation table. This will continue until all items are gone. But wait, there is more!
Chapter M Day Raffle
The raffle ticket received for registering will also go towards the chance to will one seat for our 2021 Chapter M Day (September 11). $700 value.
If you won a door prize, but really wanted to win the M Day seat, you can purchase additional tickets for a $25 donation. You may purchase as many tickets as you like. This is better odds than the BMW CCA “Car of Your Dreams” raffle. PROMISE! **You must be present to win!
One-Day M School Experience Raffle
$1550 value! Tickets for an opportunity for this awesome experience will be $50 and each may be purchased at the dinner or online via the link below. There is no limit on the number of tickets you purchase. You do NOT have to be registered for the Annual Dinner to purchase chances for this giveaway! All proceeds from the purchased raffle tickets will go to our chapter and be used for the future benefit of our membership.

The board has discussed safety precautions with the staff at Avalon. Though their normal capacity is 120 people, the Health Department has approved them for up to 80 people at this time to accommodate social distancing. We have decided to limit our attendance to a maximum of 60 people, which is 25% lower than their allowed capacity.
